Wavi Muigai

Ms. Wavi Muigai is the Head of Corporate Communication and Customer Experience at the Higher Education Loans Board which encompasses PR, Brand Marketing and Customer Experience. She holds a BSc. Hotel Management from USIU-A and a MSc. Management from Friends University, Wichita KS USA as well as Program for Management Development [PMD] executive education certification from Strathmore Business School [SBS]. She has 15 years’ experience in communication and customer experience. She joined HELB in 2015 from KCB Bank where she worked as a Customer Service Manager, Brand Marketing Manager for differentiated products as well as the Retail Service Experience Manager focusing on customer experience in KCB Bank Kenya Branches. She also worked in the hospitality industry as an Account Manager and Deputy General Manager with the Marriott hotels in the US. She is an optimist, a possibilitarian and passionate about customer experience. Wavi is an active member of the Institute of Customer Experience [ICX] – Kenya and occasionally writes on the ICX-Kenya Blog.
