Edirin Edewor is a Three-Time Amazon Bestselling Author, an award-winning Entrepreneur, Mindset and Author’s Coach, International Speaker and founder of the Online Publishers and Entrepreneurs Network (OPEN), a community of over 10,000 Authors, Writers and Entrepreneurs, dedicated to showcasing Africa’s literary skills by helping writers become published as well as profiting from their skills.

She also works with influencers online and offline, to monetise their influence using her Signature 5-Step Process Blueprint. She has built a multi-million Naira business in less than a year, leveraging on her influence to help people tell their stories, build influence and profit from their influence.

Edirin is committed to work that focuses on youth empowerment, women-focused organisations, education, and employment.

She collaborates with several NGOs directed at youth empowerment, education for the girl child and women equality. Some of the organisations she has partnered with are:

-HeForShe Campaign: where she actively supports and promotes women’s rights and gender equality using social media channels.

-Women Economic Leadership and Transformation Initiative (WELTI); where she was a speaker at the 2017 International Women’s Day campaign in Lagos state.

-Junior Achievement of Nigeria (JAN) where she served as a mentor to hight school students in the JA Company Program, teaching them how to start and run businesses, empowering them with entrepreneurship skills.

-Young African Leaders Initiative Network (YALI); where she was part of a town Hall Meeting with Macon Philips at the US Embassy to discuss future plans for YALI in 2017.

-Young African Women Leaders (YAWL) where she served as the Country Representative for Nigeria from January to March 2016;

-Career Advisor at Arrows of God Orphanage under the umbrella of the JAN VIMP initiative in 2014;

In September 2017, she was nominated for Supportive Publisher of the Year by the Mainland TV Fashion Show and Awards and has been profiled by Panacea.ng and HerNetwork, where she was listed as one of Nigeria’s promising young female entrepreneurs. Her articles have also been featured in several blogs, as well as in the BusinessDay CEO Magazine.

In October 2017, she shared the stage with other giants in the literary industry such as Prof. Eghagha, H.O.D of English Department, University of Lagos, Steve Harris and Okechukwu Ofili of Okadabooks at the Imbube African Book Festival.

In February of 2018, she hosted her Speakeasy event at the Social Media Week, 2018 edition, where she spoke on ‘Building Influence and Authority by Writing eBooks’. In March of 2018, she was a speaker at the #WomenWill event, in collaboration with Google Business Group in Cotonou, Republic of Benin, where she spoke on ‘Building an Entrepreneurial Mindset as a Woman”, in commemoration of the International Women’s Day. She has spoken at several live and online events in Nigeria as well as on online events in the USA and the UK.

When she is not working, volunteering or speaking, Edirin loves to travel the world as she believes that learning about other people’s cultures is the key to understanding them. She also loves to write and inspire people with motivational lessons from from her personal experiences, to see possibilities in themselves that they never thought possible.
